Furnace Efficiency Begins with Circulation

When seeking to improve furnace efficiency, you need to look beyond burners and temperature settings. However, one of the biggest contributors to furnace performance is what’s happening beneath the surface.

Without proper circulation, molten metal can develop temperature stratification, where hotter and cooler zones exist within the bath. This leads to inconsistent alloy quality, longer melt times, increased dross formation, and a reduced lifespan for your refractory liner.

Our pump systems are precision-engineered to your exact furnace geometry, ensuring optimal flow and consistent thermal uniformity. Continuously moving molten metal through the bath improves heat transfer, produces more consistent alloys, and reduces energy consumption.

Representing the Die Casting Industry in Washington

At High Temperature Systems, we believe supporting our customers goes beyond the equipment we manufacture.

David Defer, our sales representative and policy liaison, joined representatives from the North American Die Casting Association (NADCA) in Washington, D.C., in June to meet with members of Congress and discuss issues affecting manufacturers across the US.

The conversations focused on ongoing USMCA trade discussions and how tariffs continue to impact the die casting supply chain. By participating in these talks, HTS helps ensure the perspectives of equipment manufacturers and foundries are represented as trade policy evolves.

Upcoming Events

HTS Company Picnic - We will be closed July 31st

We will be hosting our annual company picnic on July 31st. As a result, our office and production will be closed. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, August 3.
